Earned Value Management Central Repository (EVM-CR)

The PARCA Earned Value Management Central Repository (EVM-CR) is a CR that helps to improve the quality, utility, and availability of the Earned Value Management (EVM) data for the purposes of establishing acquisition situational awareness. It’s a joint effort between Defense Cost and Resource Center (DCARC), and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) (A&S), managed by the Director of Performance Assessment Root Cause Analysis (PARCA). The Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) for all Acquisition Category (ACAT) I programs are submitted directly to the EVM-CR.

Centralized reporting, collection, and distribution for Key Acquisition EVM data
A reliable source of authoritative EVM data and access for OSD, the Services, and the DoD Components
A place for Contract Performance Reports (CPR), Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR), and the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) submitted by contractors (and reviewed and approved by Program Management Offices) for Acquisition Category (ACAT) 1C & 1D, Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) and ACAT 1A Major Automated Info System (MAIS) programs
